Peer Homeward provides non-clinical, trauma-informed peer support and educational somatic grounding for individuals navigating complex post-traumatic stress (C-PTSD), functional freeze, secondary traumatic stress, and chronic frontline burnout.
We partner with crisis response teams, hospital discharge planners, community behavioral health agencies, and outpatient providers nation-wide to offer a gentle, low-stimulus holding space between clinical appointments or supplemental support for post-crisis discharge.
Clinical therapy diagnoses and treats pathology; peer support offers community mutuality and lived-experience companionship. Our spaces are engineered specifically to avoid overwhelming overstimulated nervous systems:
1:1 Somatic Wayfinding: Focused, hour-long virtual sessions centered on practical self-grounding tools, nervous system psychoeducation, and unhurried peer companionship.
Low-Demand Peer Circles: Structured, small-cohort virtual spaces. Cameras are optional, sharing is never mandatory, and participants are free to sit quietly without the pressure to perform.
Zero Clinical Hierarchy: We do not take diagnostic notes, assign pathology codes, or require homework. We meet people on level ground.
1:1 Wayfinding Sessions: $25 - $35 per hour session (pay what you want). Simple pricing to keep individual support accessible without administrative barriers.
Community Peer Circles: Free /$3 for The Hearth Circle (Frontline Behavioral Health)
Sponsored Community Spots: Limited fully-funded individual slots are reserved for frontline staff and individuals experiencing acute financial crisis. Contact us directly for waiver code.
Peer Homeward offers educational, non-clinical peer support and somatic self-grounding practices. We do not provide psychotherapy, medical diagnoses, psychiatric crisis intervention, or substance detox services. Our services complement, but do not replace, professional medical or mental health care.
Peer Homeward is open to all English-speaking adults in the US.
