When you live with complex trauma (C-PTSD), the world often expects you to exist in an exhausting, chronic state of bracing. Between states of hypervigilance and somatic exhaustion, you navigate daily environments and demanding social interactions while trying to mask your dysregulation. Simply getting through the day can feel like a relentless survival test. We get it...
Whether your nervous system is stuck in fight, flight, freeze, or fawn, you do not need to curate or fix yourself to belong here—pull up a chair, release the weight from your shoulders, and exhale...
You are among your people.
When it come to non-clinical trauma support and peer mentorship for C-PTSD, we have you covered.
Zero-Demand Presence: You are welcome with your camera on or off (after a brief check in). You can share openly, speak only in the chat, or simply listen and let the room hold the space for you. You will never be called on or pressured to share.
Non-Clinical Mutuality: This is peer-held support rooted in lived experience. We do not offer medical diagnosis, unsolicited advice, or attempts to "fix" one another. We practice deep, non-judgmental witness.
Affirming with Unconditional Welcome: You do not need to curate yourself to belong here. Come as you are, in whatever capacity you have today.
Where: Hosted virtually via Luma (Google Meet link provided upon registration).
Length: 90 Minutes
Cost: Completely Free to Attend.
To protect the nervous systems of everyone gathering, this space is strictly grounded in confidentiality, anti-oppression, mutual consent, and shared respect.
A gentle note on scope: This peer circle is a supportive community, not psychotherapy or crisis intervention. If you are navigating an acute, immediate crisis, please know you do not have to carry it alone—free, 24/7 confidential support is always available by calling/texting 988.
